KEY PERSONNEL
Vincent
Iacozzi, President, Project Manager
As president of the company, Vinnie is personally committed to
providing directions to carry out procedures consistent with company
policy and clients' needs. He is also responsible for the business
development for Majestic and his goal is to create and retain solid
relationships with our clients. A graduate of Wentworth Institute of
Technology, Building Construction program, he holds an unrestricted
Construction Supervisors License and has over 20 years experience in
the commercial, retail and residential construction, directing projects
ranging in sizes of 2,000 to 150,000 square feet.
Norman
O. Reiffarth, III, Vice President, Project Manager
As Vice President and one of Majestic's project managers since 1996,
Norman is responsible for providing administrative and technical
direction associated with overseeing a construction project. Norman has
directed projects, fast track and large-scale ranging in size between
2,000 to 100,000 square feet. Holds a B.S. in Building Construction
Technology from Wentworth Institute of Technology and is a Licensed
Superintendent with over 23 years experience in construction industry,
estimating and project management.
Joseph
Botaish, Assistant Project Manager (APM)
As the Majestic's APM, Joe is responsible for assisting the President
and VP in daily project management tasks, performs quantity take-off
calculations, solicits subcontractors and material proposals and
coordinates and attends the new project "walk-through." Joe holds an
unrestricted Construction Supervisors License and has been responsible
for directing projects ranging in size from 1,000 to 16,000. Joe is
also R.C.R.A. certified, a Right to Know certified instructor and is
responsible for Majestic's health and safety program.
William
Galarneau, Project Superintendent
Since 1996, Bill has been scheduling subcontractors, material
deliveries and labor to guarantee the proper sequence of construction
ensuring milestones are completed on time. Bill holds an
unrestricted Construction Supervisors License with over 14 years of
experience in the construction industry supervising projects ranging
between 2,000 to 25,000 square feet.
Howard
Livangood, Project Superintendent
Since 1995, Howard has also been coordinating and inspecting the
activities out on the job sites. Howard has over 17 years of experience
in the construction industry supervising projects ranging between 1,000
to 20,000 square feet.
William
Sweezey, Project Superintendent
Since 2004, Bill has been coordinating and inspecting the activities
out on the job sites. Bill is our main residential superintendent, but
is also experienced in commercial and retail construction projects.
Bill holds an unrestricted Construction Supervisors License with over
23 years of experience in the construction industry supervising
projects ranging between 1,000 to 18,000 square feet.
Hugo Soares, Laborer
Hugo has been our field laborer since 2007. He assists the
superintendent in ensuring all job sites are stocked accordingly and a
neat workable environment is maintained.
Claudia
Iacozzi, Accounting Manager
Claudia has over 21 years of experience in financial management. She
manages the direct day-to-day financial operations of the Company.
Claudia monitors the short-term and long-term plans, which are
consistent with the overall growth objectives of Majestic Construction.
She holds a MBA from Northeastern University.
Donna
Iacozzi, Office Manager
Donna has over 15 years of experience in office management and
administrative support. She is responsible for the daily office
operations and assists accounting with data entry and weekly financial
obligations. Donna holds an Associates Degree in Business
Administration.
SUBCONTRACTORS
We pride ourselves on the relationships and experience we have with our
subcontractors. Partnering is the key to developing and maintaining
clients. We expect our subcontractors to study project documents,
understand the project schedule and conditions, and submit a price with
confidence. During the construction phase, we expect each subcontractor
to be a team player and follow-through with their commitments to ensure
a successful project. Our subcontractors have come to know that
Majestic Construction excels in doing its part to properly coordinate
all trades throughout pricing and construction to the benefit of all.
