PROJECT DESCRIPTION...............................At Devens Common, the former
site of Fort Devens, we constructed several retail buildings. We worked as
construction manager for the client to build a strip retail shell. The project
included the installation of a passenger elevator as well as all site work
including sidewalks and paving around the retail complex. Once the building was
completed we constructed the tenant fit-ups for a flower shop, bank, credit
union, dry cleaner and family fun center. Within the same development we
completed the construction of a car wash, convenience store/gas station, pizza
shop and restaurant.
