PROJECT DESCRIPTION...............................MacGray, a premier laundry
facilities contractor, moved their corporate offices from Cambridge to Waltham.
In their new space, they wanted to construct a new high-end unique corporate
office in short-time. This fast-track fit-up included full interior demolition
and renovations of spaces with an array of interior finishes and decor packages
including bamboo and slate flooring, level five finish on ceilings and walls,
faux plaster finish on curved and wave walls. We also incorporated stainless
steel and granite kitchen counters, ecophon ceiling panels and 3-form panels in
several locations within the office. As part of the tenant fit-up we were
responsible for building the infrastructure for two 300 gallon fish tanks that
were placed into the curve wall.
